Here’s how Ct Nour Delicacies started…

My mom started baking and serving all sort of delicacies from home during the early 2000s as a side income.

Technology wasn't as advanced back then as she could only rely on word-of-mouth to help her gain exposure and recognition of all the kinds of food that she sells.

For some personal reasons, she had to take a long break. Right after we moved in to our new home with a better environment and atmosphere, it fueled my mom's energy and gave her the mental clarity that she can start accepting food orders once again.

To continue my mom's passion and love for baking and serving all sort of delicacies, I helped to open up a small home-based business through Instagram in Jan 2022 so that she can start earning a side income again.

When she was younger, my mom used to cater for events such as weddings, festive seasons and other big events. Her specialties were Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah, Lodeh, etc.

But as she gets older, she prefers to just stick to something that won't drain out her energy much, like baking cookies for festive seasons, serving traditional kuehs, finger foods or snacks that are frozen/baked/fried like mini baked pizzas, baked sausage buns, fried buns, frozen popiahs and samosa, banana fritters, vegetable fritters, anchovy fritters, maggi curry fritters, bread pudding, baked macaroni cheese, desserts like jellies and puddings, cupcakes and brownies for family gatherings or any kind of events.
